There's no complaints whatsoever, I will be back. The hotel is clean, provides with extremely pleasant rooms. Everyone who works in the venue is knowledgeable and reasonably good. The made to order breakfast with tea and cereal is over the top. The hotel has an excellent and amazing location, a short way from Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.
Views are ugly.

Great stay, as always. Plenty of cereals, fruit, and coffee at breakfast. Excellent bedroom. Location - unbeatable just off the River Ness on the river walk area as well as the beautiful Cathedral, opposite the castle, beside the river.

Had a really great stay here. Fantastic value, room was perfect. Staff were absolutely perfect. The setting was awesome, adjacent to the castle, Loch Ness and both the Executive Office and city centre. Tried some nice meals at The Kitchen Brasserie; located right at the hotel.

The beds were extremely comfy, the room was good-sized and extremely pleasant with lovely views. The location in a shopping area was excellent and there were the main shopping center and a mall nearby.

The beds and pillow were lovely. Its location within walking distance of Inverness Museum and Art Gallery was unbeatable and stunning.
Even though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were poor.

The venue was set in the riverside position just next door to the River Ness on the river walk area and the center and downtown overlooking the River Ness. We got a room with a walk-in shower.

The hotel is in an amazing location right next to the river. It's also adjacent to both the Executive Office and city centre, offering a convenient location. The room had exceptionally comfortable beds and a lounge area. The views of the Castle and the river walk were lovely.
